GABBY Allen has learnt the hard way what happens to surgically-enhanced boobs when you go back to the gym too soon.
So now she swears by a band to keep her "baps" in place when she works out.
"For anyone that's had the boobs done, you've got to get yourself one of these bands," Gabby said in a
"I know they're not the most attractive, most stylish fashion accessory, but they stop your boobs from moving around when you're running!"

"I sleep in it, and as soon as I get home - you know the way some people take their bras off when they get home?
"I put my bra on, my sports bra, my support band, and they're keeping my boobs very perky!"
"I don't take mine off these baps are staying in place this time… After my last surgery it was not pretty," Gabby added in the video caption.

According to their website, the band "reduces vertical and lateral breast movement by providing compression tailored for high-impact exercises".
Gabby, 32, appeared on Love Island back in 2017.

Common Causes of Saggy Boobs
Gravity: Over time, the constant pull of gravity can cause the ligaments in the boobs to stretch and sag, especially in larger ones
Smoking: Smoking reduces blood supply to the skin, leading to a loss of elasticity and premature sagging
Lack of Support: Not wearing a properly fitting bra, especially during exercise, can lead to stretching of breast tissue and ligaments
Weight gain and loss: Changes in body weight can spark changes to the fatty tissue in the breasts, making them more prone to sagging
"My left boob dropped massively and then my right boob dropped as well, but it wasn't as bad as the left one.
