A WOMAN has shared the clever way to make sure you spot bed bugs in seconds.
Kelly Cullen took to social media, to show off her ten-second pest control hack and people were left stunned.
In the clip, Kelly had an iron plugged in as she took to the corner of the mattress and began to run the iron on it.
She said: "I'm warming up this corner, which they typically reside in.
"And they attract with body heat."
According to Kelly body heat often attracts bed bugs to the surface of the mattress - and the iron heat can cause the same effect.

She went on to say that if there were any in the bed they would have come to the surface, but luckily her bed was all clear.
"They would all come up," she said.
"Literally, like hundreds all come."
The girls were lucky they had no bed bugs in the hotel room and the savvy hack to check was praised by viewers.

But if you do find bed bugs, there are a few ways you can kill them off instantly.
Exposing them to direct heat - If you find bed bugs on your bedding, put them straight into the washing machine and the heat will kill them.
You can also vacuum them up, if you get your vacuum out as soon as you see the bugs then they will most likely die when you suck them up, but make sure to carry the vacuum outside straight away.
If you have a steamer, steaming your bed sheets can also kill them instantly too.
The clip posted to her TikTok account @with over 7 million views and 774k likes.
People thanked her for the savvy hack in the comments.

Tips for keeping pests from your garden
- Plant companion plants such as peppermint to repel rats.
- Place , over your flowerbeds.
- Fill open-top containers with beer and place in soil to repel slugs.
- Spray plants with , to repel ants, flies, and spiders.
- Dust your flowerbeds with .
- Mix 1 tablespoon dish soap, 10 drops peppermint oil, and 4 cups water and spray on flowerbeds.
- Place eggshells around your plants to protect from slugs and snails.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "My grandma ALWAYSSS does this everywhere."
"I’ve never experienced bed bugs but this is good info,” claimed a fifth.
