SHE wanted to transform her boring kitchen into something that fit into her neutral aesthetic.
But when Sarah turned to the professionals to get a quote for a redo, she was left stunned as it came in over £10,000.
So she decided to try and transform the room herself on a budget.
"This was our kitchen when we moved in," self-described "neutral lover" Sarah said on her TikTok page, as she showed the room before.
"Now don't come at me, it's nice, brand new, sparkling clean.
"However, it just really wasn't our cup of tea."

Wren Kitchens quoted her £10,098.15 for the refit, so she decided to ignore the advice she'd been given to paint the cupboards.
"Now I was told definitely do not paint it because it's just going to be rubbish," she said.
"But here we are we're painting it anyway so we're going to see how things are."
She then showed how the kitchen looked when it was done - with the light wood cupboards painted a neutral hue with Rust-Oleum kitchen cupboard paint in the shade Hessian.

"Now tell me that this isn't amazing!" Sarah said.
She also added some wood panels on the other side of the kitchen, which she said "brings the wall to life" and looks "awesome".
"So this is our home makeover on a budget," she concluded.
Sarah added in the video caption: "This kitchen was almost brand new when we moved in and although it was nice it wasn't our cup of tea so we decided to get a quote and quickly changed our minds when we saw the price … OUCH!"
She said she still has some work to do on the makeover, like swapping the silver cupboard handles for gold ones and changing the countertop and the backsplash.
She also wants to redo the floor, but is happy with her kitchen makeover for the moment.
People were quick to praise her for the transformation in the comments section, with one writing: "Looks great. You’ve done an amazing job."
"So much better after! I think I’ll be doing that," another added.
"It’s beautiful," a third said.
"I want to paint mine but worried I’ll mess it up. Is the paint washable?"
"It’s easy to clean & doesn’t chip," Sarah promised.
