A MUM has come under fire after announcing to her employer she's pregnant just four weeks after returning from maternity leave.
Dana Megan, from Sydney, Australia, caused fury and was accused of ''playing the system'' after sharing the news on TikTok.

According to the blonde beauty, she'd been back from maternity leave for a month before informing the boss she was expecting another baby to join the brood.
, the young mum who'd had 14 months off from work complained about feeling ''sick'' being 11 weeks pregnant.
''I have to break the news to her and I am so scared.
''She's literally the most amazing boss and I don't know why I am so worried because she's probably gonna be fine - but it's more of a me thing,'' she told the followers on .

Luckily for Dana, who got pregnant via IVF, the shock announcement ''went so well'' and her employer ''was so, so supportive''.

The mother went on in the comments to praise her work once again, writing: ''I was nervous because I love and respect them all.

However, whilst the employer may have not said anything negative, the response on TikTok was slightly different, as dozens of people flocked to slam Dana.

One social media user insisted that her team did probably have an issue with her going on another maternity leave.
''Playing the system. Your colleagues will be cursing you behind your back.''
Someone else agreed, writing: ''I find this quite difficult as one of the staff members who always had to fill on for multiple maternity for staff members.
''The system makes the mum the bad guy and colleagues resent the extra work.''
A third chimed in: ''I would be furious.''
Fortunately for the Aussie, there was also plenty of support from fellow parents, with many sharing their own experiences.
