PARENTS across the UK were left fuming after missing out on Aldi's wooden toy drop as people cleared the shelf to resell them on eBay and Vinted for triple the price.
The budget supermarket’s Wooden Toy Event landed in its middle aisles on Thursday just in time for Christmas but sold out in minutes.
And while many parents were left devastated, there is still a glimmer of hope as Morrison's has released their own range.
Holly Williams took to social media to show off the new range in the supermarket.
Morrisons has launched their toy event which will start on today and you can nab wooden toys for as little as £5.
Holly said: "If you missed out on getting any Aldi wooden toys. Morrisons have launched their toy event, apparently starts Monday but i was able to purchase today."

And that's not all - there's also a wooden desktop till for £25, a farm set with tractor for £25, a wooden storage box for £30, a fresh pie set for £10 and a wooden shopping trolley for £15.
Morrisons is offering savings of up to 50% across a selection of best-selling toys when costumers use a More Card and ends October 27.
