Shepherds

Taking to TikTok, the trainer revealed that dogs such as German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds are herding breeds, and need a lot of exercise and stimulation.

"If you're not providing the workload, you're going to have behavioural issues."

The trainer pointed out that German Shepherds are used as police dogs, and said that if you aren't going to work them as hard as a police dog, you shouldn't have one.

Hounds

The dog expert revealed that no types of hounds are suitable for first time owners.

"They are high energy, they're all about the nose and need to be worked instinctively", he said.

The trainer revealed that if you do not live on a farm or have a huge plot of land, the dogs will get behavioural issues.

Pitbulls

The trainer said that Pitbulls are an obvious choice, and the breed is actually banned in the UK.

"They're highly aggressive if they're not trained and they've got so much energy", he said.
