SINCE stepping into the spotlight 14 years ago, Khloé Kardashian's image has undergone a remarkable transformation.
Whilst the 40-year-old reality star has admitted to having just one cosmetic procedure - a nose job - she has once again sparked speculation about her appearance.
After uploading a series of pictures captioned ‘mugshot’ for her 306 million Instagram followers to see, trolls were quick to comment on how different her face looked.
In a side profile snap, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star had an extremely chiselled jaw, which appeared to be very different to her younger days.
While some lavished Kim's younger sister with praise, saying she looked "beautiful" and was their "favourite Kardashian", others laid into her.
"You looked way better when you had your natural face" said one and "that's how we demolish the natural beauty," wrote another.

In other comments, followers debated whether the reality star would ever “stop” from getting “surgery” to change her face.
And despite no new admissions from Khloe to confirm she's had recent surgery, , a celebrity Cosmetic Surgeon and Aesthetics Doctor, believes she has undergone various less invasive treatments to achieve this well chiselled look.
He says: “In my opinion, Khloe Kardashian has had some sort of fat removal and skin tightening treatment on her jaw.
“As she has lost a lot of weight over the years she would be likely to experience skin laxity around her chin due to fat loss, as well as the loss of collagen as she has gotten older.”

To maintain the tightness that is seen in recent pictures and videos, Dr Kanliada believes that Khloe had treatments like Endolift.
He continues: “This uses a hair-like wire that emits a laser under the skin through a small incision to burn fat and promote collagen production.
“In the clinic when using this device we notice an immediate lift and tightening on the area which continues to improve in the following months.
“Unlike other more invasive treatments that can remove fat and tighten skin, Endolift has minimal downtime and apart from some slight bruising and swelling people can return to their normal routines following the procedure.”
Those who have the treatment usually continue to see the effects for up to four years.
Dr Kanliada adds: “Patients often opt for this option to treat this area of the body as there are no injectables or surgery.
“With Endolift, you are not injecting anything new into the body or cutting the skin, so results can look very natural with no scarring.”

However, the treatment comes with dangers and those who undergo it should consult with a .
Dr Kanliada explains: “Of course, treatments available to achieve this result are not to be taken lightly and you must consult with a qualified practitioner that you can trust.
“Infections and reactions are more common when people do not visit a highly qualified aesthetic doctor so I would urge people to consider their choices carefully.”
We don’t accept negative vibes here
Khloe Kardashian
When Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered, a then-unknown 22-year-old Khloé Kardashian stepped into the limelight with an entirely different appearance.
With her dark brunette hair, and curvaceous body and natural features, the star was often praised for being the 'real one.'
It was during this time that her body insecurities began to surface, as she found herself constantly compared to her older sisters, Kourtney and Kim.
Reflecting on her early days in the spotlight, Khloé once revealed: "I didn't really realise that I was 'the fat sister' until I went on TV and the media started saying that about me.
"I knew I didn't look like my sisters and I didn't have those shapes, but I didn't think that was wrong."
As the popularity of KUWTK soared, Khloé faced personal challenges, including a drink driving conviction that resulted in her attending an alcohol treatment programme instead of serving jail time.
It was around 2008 when the stunning star began to subtly change her appearance and a year later Khloé candidly discussed her journey towards self-love after battling eating issues.
Just be yourself. Be who you want to be

"When I was about 15 or 16, I was anorexic. I’ve had very crazy weight issues. I’ve experienced both extremes. I’ve been very, very skinny, and when my father died, I gained about 30 pounds," she shared.
By 2010, newlywed Khloé was trying for a baby with her husband Lamar Odom.
However, she admitted that social media often made her feel self-conscious about her looks.
Her advice? "If social media is too much for you to handle, then don't have a Twitter or Facebook account. Just be yourself. Be who you want to be."
However, in 2011, while filming a series of KUWTK in Miami, Khloé embarked on a crash diet.
Sporting a slimmer, blonder look, she admitted: "It was going to be bikini weather there and I thought, Okay, those ten pounds have to go."
Fast forward to 2021 and Khloé's noticeably different appearance with a slender figure, and more contoured face sparked a wave of comments from fans, with some suggesting she was unrecognisable.
Unfazed, Khloé clapped back, declaring: "We don’t accept negative vibes here."
Khloe continues to be creative with her looks and fashion choices, and focuses heavily on her fitness as she brings out her own fitness line with Fabletics.

What are the risks of trying to replicate Khloe's look?

Khloe Kardashian's chiselled jawline could be the result of a combination of jawline fillers and Botox.
These treatments work together to enhance definition and create a more structured appearance, giving the face a slimmer, more contoured look.
However, there are risks involved when people attempt to replicate her look without proper guidance or understanding of the treatments.
For example, jawline fillers, if injected incorrectly or by an inexperienced practitioner, can lead to complications like infection, uneven and a more masculine appearance or even nerve damage.
Overuse of fillers can also create an unnatural or exaggerated appearance.
Botox in the masseter muscles, commonly used to slim the jawline, can weaken the muscles too much if done incorrectly, affecting chewing and other functions.
It’s essential for people considering these treatments to thoroughly research and choose a qualified expert.
