DEFYING the signs of ageing doesn’t require expensive cosmetic injections, according to an aesthetics expert.
Nicole Smith said there’s a hair theory that can instantly make people look around 10 years younger.
Nicole () is a US-based cosmetic injector who boasts almost 256,000 followers on TikTok.
The beauty enthusiast went viral on the social media app when she shared a simple anti-ageing tip.
She shared photos of several celebrities as she explained that different hairstyles can impact how people perceive you.
“Your hairstyle could be making you look 10 years younger or 10 years older,” she said.

Nicole recommended taking a trip to the hair salon for an “instant glow-up.”
She said to ditch short hair and go for long locks with a middle parting to embrace the look that’s popular with women in their twenties.
“You can look much younger by keeping up with hair trends,” she said.
“Your hair and fashion can influence the perception someone has about your age. Having a youthful hairstyle is the key to ageing well."

She showed a photo of Jennifer Lopez who has lengthy brunette locks at age 55.
Almost 83,000 people liked the video and hundreds of viewers supported Nicole’s hair theory.
