The American actress left little to the imagination as she covered her modesty with bubbles to promote Dr. Squatch Natural Body Wash for an advert.

Sydney said: "Hello, you dirty little boys. Are you interested in my body... wash.

"Well you can't have it... because it isn't for boys. It's for men."

The blonde beauty shared the clip to her 22million followers on Instagram with the caption: "For my dirty little boys out there, upgrade to Dr. Squatch Natural Body Wash.

"For men who prefer natural."

And the internet went wild, with one writing: "Sales went through the stratosphere today."

"This might be the greatest marketing team I have ever seen," a second said.

But just how does Sydney - who's even inspired others to undergo a makeover - achieve her enviable figure?

Whilst the 27-year-old, who recently received an IMDB’s fan favourite award, is pretty relaxed with sugary breakfasts, she is pretty strict when it comes to drinks.

"I only drink water. I have never even tried coffee,'' she said.

"For whatever reason, when I was like 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing. I’ve had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel totally fine with just water."

On the exercise front, meanwhile, the foodie revealed she doesn't always go intense - and sometimes a long walk with her pooch is more than enough.

On average, Sydney revealed, she will take her furry pal, Tank, out for a two-mile walk in the morning and then later at night - and if she's feeling extra motivated, the fitness lover will run the distance.

Over the last few years, pilates has become all the rage in the world of fitness and exercise - and Sydney is not the one to sleep on the trend.

A recent snap the star shared on Instagram was taken in the popular pilates studio Solidcore, which describes its classes as, "a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer''.

''With the lights down and music up, you’ll find a stronger version of yourself by the first song change.

''Our core workout utilises slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles (to failure) so they build back stronger."

"It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that," Sydney told Women's Health.
