Alice is the 28th person Brit in the last few years to have died from the surgery, leading experts to say that the UK is facing a botched BBL crisis.

Fitness fanatic Treasure () took to TikTok to reveal how you can get a "natural BBL" with a simple three part workout routine.

Showing off her impressive physique, the fitness influencer revealed that to achieve her look, she trains her lower body three times a week.

"Tips on how to start getting BBL allegations", she joked.

This is through exercises like weighted squats, lunges, and deadlifts.

The fitness pro added that she also trains her upper body three times a week, focusing on her shoulders and back.
