It comes after the 33-year-old stepped out with her new romance, Will, a tree surgeon this week.

Speaking on the podcast, Kelsey opened up about the difficulties she has faced becoming a widow.

Kelsey and Tom share two children together and admitted she felt guilt that the children weren't growing up with their dad.

She said she spent a lot of time playing with her children, Aurelia and Bodhi, adding: "I really make time, because it is, for me, the spending them moments with my children, because I feel like they've missed out on certain things and I probably have that guilt.

"I think that's a stage of grief as well that you have the guilt with Bodhi playing football, sitting down with Aurelia playing with dolls, they've missed out on their dad and having moments with their dad."

The last time she appeared on the show was four years ago when Tom was going through his treatment - a time Kelsey says she 'can't remember.'

"I can't remember anything, it was such an out of body experience," she recalled.

"I wouldn't wish this on anyone, it's been so tough, but yet I've had the kids and they've got me through everything."

The couple were together for 13 years before his tragic passing, and Kelsey says the experience of losing the love of her life has made her a completely different person.

"I've always been a positive person, but I think it's changed my perspective and view on life now," she added.

"I'm a bit more like 'just go for it' because obviously Tom has taught me you've only got one life."

Kelsey, 33, recently revealed she was "in a better place" mentally now - and believed her new man Will was "sent" to her by the All Time Low hitmaker.

Kelsey recently opened up on why she has removed her wedding ring.

She told how it felt "really painful" to look down and see the band given to her by her late husband - prompting her to make the heartbreaking decision.
