A HEALTH coach has showcased how she transformed her “dry and damaged” hair using a sticky kitchen concoction.

She devised a “sticky” hair mask made entirely of food.
Among the ingredients were an egg, coconut oil, olive oil and honey, which gives it the sticky consistency.
“Mix it real good,” she instructed in a now-viral TikTok tutorial.

To wash it out, Audrey advised shampooing twice and conditioning once.
She penned in the comments that she applies the mask as and when her strands feel like they need some pampering.
