So, what's her secrets?
Here, OLIVIA STRINGER reveals all, including the bargain £5 buy she says gives her skin that enviable "dewy and radiant" glow.
Less is more with make-up
When it comes to make up, less is definitely more for Tess, who revealed to how going for lighter coverage has in fact helped her become more confident in her skin.
"I definitely wear less makeup, even on screen than I did 20 years ago", Tess said.
"For me, too much makeup, too-thick foundation and too much powder sits in the creases and highlights the lines a lot more.
"As I’ve got older, I’ve found less is more.”
Tess revealed how she's also glad she left behind her days of wearing blue eyeshadow and pink lipstick.
Eye bag 'Magic'
Under eye shadows can be instantly ageing but not for Tess - hers are camouflaged by her trusted make up artist Aimee Adams.
Aimee has also worked with stars including Christine McGuinness, Amber Gill, and Lottie Moss.
"She’s very clever. She has great tricks that hide the shadows under my eyes and the bags," Tess revealed.
"Well, help to hide! I'm like, ‘Can I have a really dark smokey eyeshadow please to hide the creases?’ She's a magician.”
£5 skincare
Due to her busy schedule, Tess said that she often looks sleep deprived, so swears by Simple's Booster Serum with Vitamin C, E and F.
This serum is naturally brilliant at brightening your complexion, reducing fine lines and protecting against environmental aggressors like pollution and blue light.
The product costs just £5 at Boots and Tess revealed how it always makes her skin look "more dewy and radiant than it actually is."
Not only this, but to ensure that Tess' skin looks bright and fresh, she always swears by her slightly unique sleep trick.
The presenter previously revealed on social media that she practices 'mouth taping' - a method that helps to encourage nose breathing, for a deeper, more restful sleep.
Not only this, but during a chat with , Tess revealed the cheap skincare buy she couldn't live without.
She confessed: "As you get older, it's all about moisturiser. I have such dry skin (made worse in the winter months) and I really like using those overnight sleeping masks.
"I’ve tried everything, and really like Simple’s version, the .
"It’s super affordable – I think I picked it up in the supermarket during the last weekly shop! It’s brilliant."
