A WOMAN whose hair fell out in clumps every time she showered has revealed the exact steps she took to get her locks looking thick and healthy.

Mabel said that she ignored the early signs of her hair loss, and thought that the problem would just go away.

However, she decided to take matters into her own hands after discovering a huge bald patch at the front of her scalp.

"Here's what the doctor advised me to do for hair loss", she said.

Wash Frequently

Mabel advised washing your hair every day with a good quality shampoo.

She said that if you don't your hair will be clogged up with so much dirt that your hair will not be able to grow properly.

Scalp Massaging

Mabel revealed that to get your locks looking long and luscious, you should massage your scalp every day.

"You can do it with a shampoo, brush or simply just using your fingers like this", she said, demonstrating massaging her scalp.

Mabel said that she oils her scalp twice a week, to ensure that her hair is thick and healthy.

She massages an oil such as rosemary oil on to her scalp, leaves it for two hours, and then rinses it off.
