She offers permanent makeup techniques such as smudge-proof eyeliner and nanoblading at her clinic in Radlett, England.
Speaking to The U.S. Sun, she shared makeup skills necessary for defying the signs of aging.
EYELINER OOPS
Kay said eye makeup plays a “crucial role” in a youthful appearance yet it is commonly overlooked.
“Firstly, you should think twice about using eyeliner underneath the eye if you are conscious of looking older,” she said.
“You don’t want to close up the eye, as wide eyes help your eyes become a focal point, helping you look more youthful.
“Focus on enhancing the upper part of the eye to lift and brighten your appearance.”
FORGET THE FALSIES
Mascara and the right shades of eyeshadow can work wonders in the process.

She recommended using “lighter, powdery” applications on the inner eyelid and blending darker shades outward.
“Fake eyelashes should be avoided at all costs as they will pull down your eyelid and look too heavy on the face, which will ultimately age you,” she said.

There are some tactics for looking younger.
She recommends light-reflecting concealer under the eyes, curling your lashes, and applying mascara.
Those things "can instantly brighten your eyes, making you look more youthful.”
BOLD BROWS
Kay advised against harshly drawn and overly thick eyebrows because they look unnatural and prematurely age you.
“It's important to stick to a natural shape and fill in your brows lightly to frame your face without overpowering it,” she said.

If you're using a pencil, stick to light strokes to mimic the appearance of hair.
A cotton bud and eye makeup remover can be useful for correcting any mistakes.
Kay said a “good quality” brow tool is helpful if you need extra guidance when refining brows.
“For those unable to visit a salon, an eyebrow mascara can tint your brow hair and define the shape,” she said.
“If your eyebrows are sparse, try using castor oil to encourage natural growth or opt for permanent makeup by a professional such as microblading or nanoblading techniques.”
