ASOS drops five brand new beauty boxes with one holding £67 of items for £20 – and another contains sell-out TikTok buys
ASOS has dropped FIVE brand new beauty boxes full of cult buys.
Beauty boxes are a smart investment for make-up and skincare fanatics looking to save money while exploring new products on the market.
And thanks to ASOS’ latest summer offering, you can even try sell-out products that are viral on TikTok.
The e-retail giant has long had a beauty section.
But in recent months, it has stepped up its beauty box game.
One of the new boxes it has dropped is the ASOS X Made By Mitchell Takeover Box, which is worth £58 but costs £20.

Made By Mitchell is a colourful make-up brand for enthusiasts and self-expressionists - and it has a cult following on TikTok.
So much so that its flagship Blursh - a multi-purpose liquid blush product - often sells out.
Thanks to ASOS, you can pick up a Blursh in baby pink shade Cold Heart as part of the takeover box.
Among the other items is a liquid highlighter in a silver shade and a smudge-resistant lip liner in a brown shade, as well as an eyeshadow brush and a blending sponge.
BUYERS PICKS
Another new box dropped by ASOS IS THE Face + Body Buyers Picks one, which contains £51 worth of products for a mere £18.
Among the six products are a nourishing Olaplex hair serum that works to shield your tresses from external aggressors.
There’s also a Hello Sunday lip balm with SPF 50 to soothe and hydrate lips while protecting your pout from UV rays.
The mini bottle of Urban Decay’s flagship setting spray is a steal in the box, considering it would cost £16 to buy on its own.
There’s also a tester tub of Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream and a full-size acid peeling solution by The Ordinary.
You’ll also find a new mascara loved by Olivia Attwood in the box, but we won’t spoil which one it is.
Are beauty boxes worth the hype?
Fabulous Beauty Writer Mia Lyndon has shared her thoughts on whether beauty boxes are worth the hype...
Beauty boxes are very inconsistent.
Some will save you hundreds, whereas others contain clutter and will barely save you a few pounds.
Fortunately, there are a few things you can look out for to ensure you're getting the best deal.
Firstly, I'd generally be sceptical of any box that doesn't specify its contents.
After all, if the box contains skincare or haircare, you're gambling about whether it'll align with your particular needs.
Secondly, take a good look into the sizes and quantities of the products you'll receive - are they all full-size or travel minis?
Often, boxes will include a range of sizes, so ensure you look this up before purchasing to avoid disappointment, and note that 'deluxe-size samples' are actually smaller than regular sizes.
It's also worth noting that charity beauty boxes are usually great initiatives and a brilliant way to support charities, whilst also stocking up on some beauty goodies.
SKINCARE THAT CARES
For skincare fanatics, the The INKEY List x ASOS Exclusive Plump & Glow Skincare Set is a winning beauty box.
It is worth over £40 but being flogged for just £20, meaning a saving of 51%.
Among the products is the Polyglutamic Acid Dewy Sunscreen SPF30, which helps to lock in moisture, deliver hydration and provide UVA/UVB protection.
There’s also the Oat Cleansing Balm, which is designed to soothe and calm irritation and dryness, improve the appearance of pores, minimise blackheads and protect skin.
The other two products is The INKEY List’s cult-loved Hyaluronic Acid Serum and a handbag-friendly tube of the Tripeptide Plumping Lip Balm.
