In a recent outing in Florida, Tammy sported a white vest top and patterned trousers.

As she clutched a glass of champagne, she decided to hold her dog in a very unusual way.

Gizmo looked happy and content as he balanced confidently on his owner's surgically-enhanced boobs.

Tammy wore her blonde hair tied back in a ponytail and flashed a smile at the camera as she was filmed.

The 3 ways to work out how big to go in your boob job

TO choose the right breast size for you, you need to make careful considerations before going under the knife. Here's some tests you can try out to see what kind of size you're going to go for:

The rice test

To conduct this test, get an old pair of tights and cut off a 12 inch strip. Tie a knot in the bottom end and measure out your preferred amount of uncooked rice. Fill the tights with the rice and tie off the top end. You will have to do this twice to have one for each bra cup.

The water test

This is much like the rice test, but instead of using tights and rice, you'll be using water and plastic bags. For both methods, pop the fake 'boobs' into your bra and try various tops and dresses on to see what your new figure could potentially look like.

A sizing session

Most plastic surgery clinics will offer a sizing session before you book in for the actual operation. They can use computer programmes to give you a virtual idea of how your body will look post-surgery, and will let you try out various "sizers" that you can put in your bra. Just remember to take a bra in your preferred new size so that you can fit the sizers in.

"Imagine paying a lot just to result in a warped look of obvious fakery, attention seeking thirst from low quality onlookers, and distorted self-perception," a third raged.

But there were some people who defended Tammy in the comments.

"These comments are disgusting," one wrote.

"You people attack this woman for the way she dresses and practices her bodily autonomy.

"You can’t even get yourself to see past her appearance and see that she’s an entire person who reads these terrible comments calling her gross and unattractive.

"Do better!"

"Her body her life," another insisted.

"Either you have the money to do it or you don’t and when you don’t, you talking about that has no effect whatsoever on your life.
