By Lesley Maxwell
Don’t forget to train your back.
The average person has in fact NEVER trained their back.
Here are my staple back exercises:
Seated Rows.
Lat Pulldown
Dumbbell Rows.
Straight Arm pulldowns
Chin ups.
These exercises work your back, core. Shoulders and Biceps.
Stay in the 8 to 10 rep range and use slow and controlled movements.
