The 31-year-old who lives in London, is known for being a body positive advocate to promote all body shapes.

Since given birth to Rae, Chessie has been attacked by nasty trolls about her curvier body shape.

Now Chessie has discussed her new fitness routine to help her feel her best, it seems the haters have yet more complaints for her.

Speaking about how frustrating this is, Chessie said: "I’ve received some really nasty comments, all from women, about my body over the past few days and I’ve been contemplating whether it’s worth the airtime or if I should just keep quiet about it but it’s upset me.

"If I was promoting a ‘six week summer shred’ or ‘blast your bikini bod’ kinda thang then I would give you full permission to hate me.

"But guess what, I’m a mum, three years postpartum, who’s found her *strength* again. After a mini stroke eight years ago and a heart condition that’s restricted me in so many ways since, like having to have a caesarean and recovering from that, I finally feel in control of my health."

Chessie has been posting body positive content for eight years, to help others feel empowered, but she states not every one of her posts needs to do that, and we agree.

For someone who has supported women on social media for almost a decade, it only makes sense for her to get the same love back.

She added: "Yes I feel a huge weight of responsibility to carry on my message but I didn’t think I needed to regurgitate what I’ve been banging on about for nearly a decade in every single post that showed my body.

"Not every post needs a caveat of ‘this is also my body when I’m bent over’ ‘here’s it in an ‘unflattering’ light’, I’ve showed it all before."

Plus-Size Influencer Hits Back at Internet Trolls

She added that she was finally happy with her body and hoped people would stop with their negative comments.

She added: "There may be some of you who prefer me at a certain size and I fully appreciate that, but I prefer me when I’m functioning well and I can keep up with my rocket of a toddler...

"When I was at my smallest I was told I was ‘too big’ & ‘carrying too much weight’, when I was at my biggest I was told ‘I needed to half my size otherwise no one would ever want to work with me’. It just shows it’s genuinely nothing to do with how you look, it’s all to do with the person making the comments.

"Didn't think I'd be here talking about body shaming years later but here we are."
