Autumn Grace () boasts over 556,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares tips for parents.

She went viral on the social media app when she shared a food-related hack.

Autumn was all smiles as she held up her child’s lunch bag and began to show how she keeps the food inside warmer for longer.

“Things I wish I knew as a first-time mom,” she said.

“Boil some water and then put it in your child’s hydro flask.

“Let it sit for a while, then dump it out to keep their foods warm for school lunches.”

She demonstrated pouring boiling water into a large hydro flask that had been set up in her sink.

After waiting a few minutes, she tossed the water down the drain.

The hydro flask was still hot — with steam rising out from the top — when she began to put chicken nuggets inside.

“This is a great way to keep your kid’s food warm for back-to-school lunches!” she wrote in the video caption.

Plenty of parents were appreciative of the hack.

One commenter shared advice for ensuring that the food doesn’t get soggy throughout the day.

“I heard someone say they put a paper towel at the bottom to soak up the moisture and condensation!” they wrote.

“Yes to this!” Autumn replied.

MOM KNOWS BEST

Autumn’s easy hack for keeping kids’ lunches warm comes after she racked up over 1 million views on a potty training video.

She said children will be motivated to pee in the toilet if they're given a cup full of milk to blow bubbles with a straw.

In a more recent video, Autumn shared a time-saving hack for making kids’ school lunches.

She demonstrated cutting a box of bread rolls in half before making sandwiches filled with cheese and mayonnaise.

She then covered them with gallon-sized freezer bags before storing them away.
