SUMMER has arrived a little later than usual but the good weather is finally here.
One woman shared the budget buy she swears by for keeping her home cool during sunny days.

The homeowner posted the tip in the Facebook group .
She responded to a query about keeping windows cool during hot weather.
The original poster explained that they wanted to make sure the glass didn't get too hot for their pets to touch.
According to the commenter, a simple buy can prevent this issue and also works to keep your room cool.
"Buy some Aluminet and hang it over the window," the Facebook user suggested.
She explained that the window covering is renter-friendly, describing it as "easy to put up and down."
While she added that the item "isn't cheap," an affordable version of the is available on Temu for £11.04.
The durable mesh reflective covering offers UV protection and comes with an installation rope.
"It is used to put over crates for dog shows to stop them getting hot," the commenter explained.
As well as using it on her windows and dog crates, the Facebook user took the covering on the go.
I'm ALWAYS hot so tried cooling PJs to see if they helped me sleep "I also use in my car plus over a tent to keep it cool," she revealed.
"It works. It makes a difference. Great stuff."
The US shared the benefits of using window coverings in your home.
"About 76% of sunlight that falls on standard double-pane windows enters to become heat," the experts explained.
They recommended using window coverings to regulate the temperature in your space.
