A 39-YEAR-OLD woman says reversing skin aging doesn’t have to cost thousands of dollars.
Isabella Cavalli has perfected her beauty routine and now people mistakenly think she’s up to a decade younger than her age.
She has gained a wealth of knowledge about defying the signs of aging as the owner of in Leeds, England.
Speaking to The U.S. Sun, she shared simple tips for a youthful glow.
INCREDIBLE INGREDIENTS
When embracing a skincare routine, Cavalli revealed the three ingredients she swears by.
“Don’t skip your sunscreen, it’s the closest thing we have to a time machine,” she said.
“Incorporate powerful ingredients like hyaluronic acid and tretinoin into your skincare routine, and treat yourself to a lymphatic drainage massage to reduce puffiness.”
She said skin can be transformed by teaming the products with a beauty salon treatment, but a lifestyle habit needs to be stopped to achieve the best results.
“Try microneedling for a collagen boost that makes your skin look fresh and firm,” she said.
“Finally, quit smoking, it’s one of the worst things for your skin.”

SLEEPING BEAUTY
Sleep and hydration should be a priority, and she advised women to think of it as “beauty rest and a drink for your skin.”
“We know what happens to our faces when we don’t have enough sleep or we drink too much wine the night before,” she said.
“Getting seven to nine hours of sleep and drinking about eight glasses of water daily is essential for glowing, youthful skin, as they support cell repair, hydration, and toxin removal.”
SWEATY SOLUTION
Calling exercise a “game-changer,” Cavalli said it works wonders for the complexion.
“Not only does it boost blood flow and stimulate collagen production, keeping your skin firm and radiant, but it also helps you release stress, which is a major culprit behind breakouts and dullness,” she said.
Regular exercise improves your sleep, allowing your skin to repair itself overnight.

“And let’s not forget how regular exercise improves your sleep, allowing your skin to repair itself overnight.
“With toned muscles adding to a more lifted look, it's like a natural facelift that keeps you looking and feeling vibrant.”
The anti-aging advice comes after Cavalli told The U.S. Sun that any makeup can look good if you focus on skin health.
She said people start to lose collagen in their mid-20s but fine lines are kept at bay with a routine that includes microneedling and “superstar” products.
