I was super self-conscious about the lines on my face & considered Botox – I tried a new cream, now they’re nonexistent

AFTER years of worrying about premature wrinkles, a budget-friendly face cream transformed one woman’s appearance. 

She was previously considering getting cosmetic injections to rejuvenate her aging skin.

The 28-year-old revealed on Reddit’s Beauty forum that she’s had fine lines on her face since around the age of 21.

She confessed to feeling “super self-conscious” of the skin around her mouth and forehead.

“I don’t go outside much and I always wear makeup with 50 spf,” she said, writing under the handle .

“I have (what I THOUGHT was) a really intensive skincare routine that took years of perfecting since everything breaks me out. 

“I’d considered Botox, I even researched the earliest you can get a facelift because I knew over time these lines would only get more prominent.”

She would stare at herself in the mirror even when trying to force herself to “make peace” with the fine lines. 

However, a simple swap in her beauty routine suddenly eliminated the issue.

“I switched out my moisturizer for Ponds and…guys…the lines are gone [crying],” she said.

Redditors were amazed by the woman’s post and curious to find out which Ponds cream she used.

“Oooh I am beginning to have fine lines too and am also thinking I should get Botox lmao,” one person wrote.

“I didn’t even consider it’s because I don’t moisturize enough lol, which Pond’s are you talking about?”

“It was the dry skin one with the light blue lid!” the woman replied.
