A MOM has revealed the simple trick she uses to ensure picnic tables are clean before her family eats at campgrounds.
She said there are many “disgusting things” she’s seen people put on tables during her time spent traveling.
Jessica Roderick () has garnered over 2.4 million followers on TikTok, where she shares a glimpse into her family life.
She went viral on the social media app when she shared a must-try camping hack.
“After living at multiple campgrounds across the United States for the past two years, we’ve seen not only sewer hoses but also dog poop bags and many other disgusting things put on the table,” she said.

Jessica began to unfold a table cover with help from a partner to make sure her space was clean before sitting down.
“We like using these picnic table covers with elastic,” she said.
“Not only does the wind not blow it off, but also they have many colors so we get the blue one to match our camper.
“They even have some that have holes for if your picnic table has an umbrella.”
She revealed that the picnic table covers were available to buy from Amazon.
