The woman explained that she puts rosemary on her hair for three hours before washing it out.
She added that she does this process once a week.
Additionally, before applying the oil, she said that she does a 10 minute scalp massage.
Scalp massages increase hair thickness by stretching the cells of hair follicles.

You can use your fingers to massage your scalp, or buy a scalp massaging brush, which you can pick up from Boots for £4.
The woman added that she has also been taking Nutrafol, to help stimulate hair growth.
Nutrafol is a supplement which tackles the root causes of hair thinning, such as stress, lifestyle and nutrition.
