In a video shared to TikTok, the reseller shared with viewers how he makes money from retail arbitrage.

Retail arbitrage just means reselling a product on for profit.

It is completely legal in the UK, as, once you own an item, you have the right to resell it.

In the video, the man can be seen heading into his local Asda, and making a beeline for the clearance aisle.

Using an app called BuyBotGo, he scanned some pans, and the app told him how much they are selling for on Amazon, and how many times they have been sold in the past month.

After discovering that he could make £15 in profit for each pan he resold on Amazon he completely cleared the shelves of the product.

The man then headed to three more Asdas and repeated the process, piling his trolley high with the discounted pans.

After four hours, the reseller had calculated that he had bought enough pans to make £165 in profit, meaning that he had earned £40 an hour.

The reseller will make a profit on the items by reselling them using Amazon FBA.

Amazon FBA is a service that online sellers can use, where Amazon takes care of the storing, packing and shipping of your products.
