Many of us wouldn’t bother to get on our hands and knees to search for the pronged hairpin when a new pack costs just $1.

However, a Reddit user on the Find The Sniper forum was determined to find his wife’s bobby pin dropped on fake grass.

“She was like ‘I’ll never find it’ and I said ‘NOT WITH THAT ATTITUDE,’” he said, writing under the handle .

“Nope, I wouldn’t even bother. It’s gone,” a third commented.

Another puzzler said they failed to beat the clock but they didn’t give up on the brainteaser until they found the bobby pin.

“Almost scrolled right past this one, thinking ‘hell no!’….but only took me about 45 seconds,” they wrote.

Everyone can see the shadows on the fake grass, but the bobby pin is deceptively tricky to spot.

Towards the bottom left is a leaf that’s fallen from the tree as nature draws your attention away from the search. 

Here’s a hint: The bobby pin is luckily in an area lit up by the sun.
