Speaking to Fabulous, the expert from , shared: “There is a shade of green that suits everyone.

She says: “The secret is to wear your green.

“There are more variants of green than any other colour and each one of us has a palette of greens that makes us look our best, brightening our skin tone, helping us to look younger and more rested and lifting and sharpening our bone structure (whether you have a tan or not).”

Be balanced

It turns out there is a scientific reason why green can be beneficial.

Anna adds: “Green is the colour of nature and has a profoundly calming and reassuring effect.

“It sits in the middle of the rainbow and as a shorter wavelength, requires no adjustment to look at and process, therefore having a very restful and healing impact on us emotionally.

“It is the colour of balance and harmony and therefore one that I would highly encourage people to own and wear.

“Particularly during periods of stress or anxiety, or simply to maintain a feeling of calm and equilibrium.”

Green has been worn to perfection on royalty, with the Princess of Wales turning heads in a stylish dress at Trooping the Colour in 2023.
