TWO best friends have revealed that they live off grid in a tiny home and have raved about the affordability of their lifestyle.
Casey and her best friend Savannah, who post online under ‘Hey Wanderer’, placed a shed in the middle of some land they brought together.
For the past two and a half years, the friends have been turning it into a home for them and their pets - seven chickens, two dogs and three cats.
Their vision was to “make the shed look like a house and not a storage shed” and they have dedicated all of their DIY projects to giving it a “homely feel”.
The best friends are originally from Nashville but their new off-grid home is in the Appalachian Mountains in Tennessee.
They make their living through blogging and content creation, sharing regular updates on their tiny home transformation online.
