The teeth whitening kit, which is currently on sale from £29.99 to £24.99, boasts a non-abrasive composition - featuring key ingredients like pentasodium triphosphate, strontium chloride hexahydrate (which protects teeth and prevents sensitivity), as well as calcium carbonate.

The latter has been proven to brighten gnashers by tacking more stubborn stains from tea, coffee, wine, and smoking

According to the beaut brand, the gentle yet effective formula has been concocted without peroxide, an ingredient often found in many teeth whitening solutions that can lead to irritation and weakness.

Skipping this common ingredient ensures that no damage or irritation to your gums and enamel is done.

It's not just a bright Hollywood smile the kit has been praised for - users have also been praising the squeaky clean feeling in their mouth, with the powder eliminating grim plaque build-up.

The powder, which has received a 4.7-star rating online, has been a big hit amongst beauty lovers, who couldn't recommend the product enough.

I forked out for Turkey Teeth but it was a total disaster.. my teeth are so big, I look like a horse - but that's just the least of my problems

One super fan wrote: "I couldn't believe the difference after my first treatment!

The reduction in stains and plaque is just amazing, my teeth look way whiter and they don't feel sensitive or rough whatsoever.

''I've recommended this to all my friends and family, thank you."

Another chimed in and shared how their confidence was now back: "Black coffee and smoking had totally ruined my teeth, to the point I avoided smiling in photos.

''A friend of mine recommended I use this powder, and omg after a few weeks the difference is incredible.

''It's removed all the yellow stains and my teeth are looking 10x better."

Another delighted user raved: "I genuinely used to find myself hiding my smile, particularly at family gatherings, but not anymore!

''Thanks to MySweetSmile's powder, I'm confident and my teeth are shining brighter than ever.

Debunking Teeth Whitening 'Hacks'

One dentist, Dr Ferakh, debunked a number of viral teeth whitening 'hacks' - with some popular options doing "more harm than good".

"Whitening your teeth at home is a safe option when using professionally provided dental trays and gels," he said.

"Whitening your teeth at home is a safe option when using professionally provided dental trays and gels," he said.

“Steer clear of DIY whitening hacks like baking soda, which can damage your enamel over time.

"For safe and effective whitening, stick to professionally recommended options that are gentle on your teeth.

"While a common social media trend, charcoal toothpaste can actually erode your enamel, leading to more harm than good.

"The key to a healthy, white smile is protecting your enamel, not wearing it away."

''I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick whitening fix."

They added that even their dentist gave the product a thumbs-up, writing: "Even my dentist said what ever I am doing keep it up. Could not ask for anything better."

But although there's been very little criticism of the bargain buy, not everyone was impressed with the kit, as some insisted the product hadn't done anything.

However, MySweetSmile was quick to reassure shoppers that the powder - which will last you six months - is not a one-time solution.

They explained: "Regular use of our products, akin to washing a white t-shirt to keep it clean, is vital for long-lasting results.
