Inside Love Island’s biggest transformations from Molly-Mae’s ‘natural look’ to Alexandra Cane’s weight-loss

FROM boob jobs and Botox to dissolving the filler and going au naturel, Love Island stars have certainly been changing things up.

Here’s who’s changed the most since leaving the villa…

FAYE WINTER

Viewers of series seven fixated on Faye’s plumped-up pout (courtesy of 4ml of lip filler) and wrinkle-free face.

But after the former estate agent, 28, was left with facial paralysis following botched Botox, she “hit rock bottom” and decided to rethink tweakments.

On Instagram, she explained how “everything has its cost,” adding she looks back “full of embarrassment and regret”.

After having some lip work dissolved, she’s content with a more pared-back look (and just 0.5ml of filler).

MOLLY-MAE HAGUE

Star of series five Molly-Mae entered the 2019 villa with bottle-blonde locks and too-good-to-be-true lips.

But five years later, the 25-year-old millionaire and mum of one has gone back to her natural roots.

In 2021, she had her lip and jaw fillers removed and ditched her veneers after online comments left her feeling “terrified” of what she saw in the mirror.

The procedures reportedly set her back £6,000, but left her feeling “the prettiest I’d ever felt”.

ANTON DANYLUK

Having been body-shamed since his school days, Anton is no stranger to battling low self-image.

After leaving the villa on day 56 of the 2019 series, the Scottish entrepreneur turned his focus to fitness, hitting the gym and seriously bulking up.

But after bodybuilding competitions left the 29 year old “always seeking perfection”, he distanced himself from the sport, and instead chose to explore young men’s complex relationships with their body image in his 2023 BBC documentary Anton Danyluk On Body Shame.

HANNAH ELIZABETH

Runner-up on the first season of the show’s reboot back in 2015, blonde bombshell Hannah returned earlier this year for Love Island: All Stars, revealing a very different look.

The mum of one and former Playboy Bunny, 34, went to Turkey last year for a raft of cosmetic procedures – including a fox-eye lift, nose job, boob job and bum fillers – costing an estimated £32k.

Never one to pretend she was all-natural, Hannah even posted a pic from her hospital bed, saying she felt “like a Bratz doll” and that she “couldn’t be happier” with the results.

ALEXANDRA CANE

We couldn’t quite believe it when season four’s Alexandra was deemed “the curvy one” in 2018 – despite being a size 10.

After leaving the villa, the 33-year-old make-up artist embarked on a drastic fitness journey, dropping a whopping 3st.

“I never did this to lose weight or look a certain way,” she said.

“I’ve always believed that you should strive for self-acceptance, whatever weight you are.”

DEMI JONES

Since leaving the 2020 villa after coming third, the redhead, 25, has had a major looks overhaul – but her weight-loss journey started way back in 2018 when she lost 3st with the help of intense gym sessions and Slimming World.

Since then, Portsmouth-born Demi has embraced the burn and even enrolled at the luxe 1st Class Bootcamp in March.

When it comes to tweakments, Demi is keeping schtum, but Harley Street aesthetics nurse Emma Wedgwood told The Sun she suspects Demi may have had a fox- or cat-eye lift and perhaps lower-face filler.

Beyond procedures, flame-haired Demi, who overcame thyroid cancer after a 2021 diagnosis, has a penchant for self-tan and regular facials to keep her looking glowy.

MILLIE COURT

Essex-born Millie, 27, who won 2021’s series, was one of its more “natural” contestants.

After her victory, however, the former ASOS fashion buyer opted for hair extensions and admitted to having lip fillers since she was 17.

Now, she’s dissolving the work, telling her 1.9m followers she’s worried about filler migration. 

HARLEY JUDGE

He may only have lasted six days in the third series, but Harley’s new hulking figure proves he has staying power in the gym, at least.

Since he left the villa in 2017, the former grounds worker, 29, has transformed his physique and career, even taking up bodybuilding.

Now billing himself as an “international physique coach”, he’s gone from weighing just under 12¹/₂st to well over 17st, chomping down an  eye-watering 3,770 calories per day.

LIBERTY POOLE

Since exiting the villa in 2021, Birmingham-born Liberty has been open about having lip filler, along with some corrections to her teeth.

But the 24 year old assured her Instagram followers that her cleavage is all her own, saying: “A lot of people ask if my boobs are fake, but I can confirm that they’re real.”

The former student and waitress has categorically ruled out ever plumping for a Brazilian butt lift, saying: “I hear so many horror stories about them.

“I think people should just embrace the bodies that they are born in.”
