A SKINCARE expert has revealed the simple DIY drink she swears by to help keep her skin bright and glowing.
Dr Sam Bunting runs her own clinic on London's Harley Street and launched her skincare line, Dr Sam’s Skincare, in 2018.
The dermatologist and entrepreneur, originally from Ireland, promises that her science-led skincare range can be "trusted to transform".
And the award-winning brand has since gone on to sell more than 160,000 units of flawless cleanser alone.
Dr Sam said: "I believe that when you change your skin, you change your life.
"I’ve developed the 'Dr Sam System' based on how I’ve successfully treated thousands of patients in my clinic - bringing Harley Street to you at home.
"My mission is to educate and empower you to master your own skin with transformational formulations that exceed your expectations of what skincare can deliver."
On top of creating her award-winning products, Dr Sam regularly shares skincare and anti-ageing tips on social media - racking up more than 210,000 followers.
In a recent clip, she revealed the 60-second 'skin barrier' smoothie she whizzes up to give her "bright, glowing, resilient skin".
She said: "She's green but she's so good! A simple skin smoothie with all the antioxidants and nutrients you need for glowing skin."

The skincare pro revealed the good fats and antioxidants in her recipe help to build a healthy skin barrier from the inside - and it only takes 60 seconds to make.
First up, she measures a cup full of blueberries and pomegranate seeds, before adding a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds.
She follows up by popping in a "generous" tablespoon of almond butter, half a banana, a thumb-sized amount of fresh ginger and two good handfuls of spinach.
"We want plenty of greens in there", she said.
Finally, Dr Sam adds some almond milk and blitzes it all up in the blender to create two portions.
"It's a little green but this is so good for your skin", she insists.
And it looks like beauty fans are keen to test it out for themselves, as her video racked up more than 40,000 views.
One gushed: "This looks delicious, will definitely be trying."
Biggest beauty mistakes
Fabulous' Beauty Editor Tara Ledden has shared the do's and don'ts when it comes to beauty.
"No matter how much time and money you spend on your beauty routine, if you’re not getting the basics right, the rest is wasted.
"There aren’t many non-negotiables, but these are the biggest beauty mistakes sabotaging your regime."
- Not wearing SPF: Sun-damage is the main cause of premature skin ageing, so if you want to keep your skin looking plump and glowing, sun cream is vital.
- Using expired products: Best case, they’re ineffective and don’t deliver the results they promise, worst case they cause irritation and infection. The shelf life of beauty products differ - for example, mascara is usually good for 3-6 months while lipstick can last for 9-18 months. Check the ‘POA’ symbol on the packaging (it looks like a jar and will have a number inside for how many months it’s safe once opened. If you can’t remember when you opened your product, throw it away and start again, marking the month and year with a permanent marker on the packaging.
- Not knowing your undertones: If you’re using make-up with the wrong undertones, it’ll never look natural no matter how much you blend it! An easy trick to work out whether you have cool, warm or neutral undertones is to check the veins on your wrist - if they look blue, you have cool undertones, if they’re green, you have warm and if they’re a mix you have neutral.
- Skipping heat protector: It might feel unnecessary, but much like sun damage on the skin, excess heat is the most common cause of hair damage. So, if you want shiny, healthy hair, or you’re trying to grow it longer, using a heat protection product is key.
- Not washing your face before bed: it’s as simple as this, if you’re not washing your face before you go to sleep, everything that’s been on your skin during the day is sitting there for even longer, clogging your pores and drying out the surface. Any skincare applied on top isn’t going to be effective with a layer of dirt underneath, and you’re probably going to end up with dirty pillows too - yuck!
A second wrote: "Wowww such a nice recipe! Will try for sure."
A third chimed in: "Looks so good."
Meanwhile, a fourth said: "Ohhh delicious."
Keen to reach out to even more skincare enthusiasts, Dr Sam has also been taking her brand on tour.
The Absolutely Flawless Roadshow kicked off in Belfast earlier this year, offering ticketholders the chance to hear from her directly as well as getting a personalised skincare routine, drinks and canapes.
She's still to visit top venues including Glasgow's Blythswood Hotel and the Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.
And as part of the event, you’ll also be able to discover Dr Sam Skincare’s latest launch - Flawless Vitamin C NAD+ Serum - which has a waitlist of more than 1,500 people.
Dr Sam's team say the new product "activates the blueprint for youth."
They added: "It's the ultimate formula for the urban dweller seeking to future-proof their skin every morning.
