AN interior designer has revealed the popular homeware trend that she can’t stand.
So if you want your home to impress your guests, you’ve come to the right place and will need to take notes.
Kelly Hoppen, an Interior Designer, Author, Entrepreneur and Product Designer who was also a ‘Dragon’ on BBC Two’s Dragons’ Den, has taken to social media to share the trend that she isn’t keen on, leaving many open-mouthed.
The curly-haired, South African-born star posted her clip with the caption ‘No more Live Laugh Love for 2024 guys’ and shared her honest thoughts on such signs.
She said: “Another gripe of mine - Live, Laugh, Love - those kinds of wooden things that sit on book shelves and floating shelves, that’s so 10, 12, 15 years ago.”
Speaking of the popular 2009 trend, Kelly added: “No, no more. Instead, write something on your mirror that says ‘Be grateful today’ and then you can wipe it off and have another saying or something else.
“But those little words scattered around your home - not anymore. Not cool.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @, just 14 hours ago, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 30,500 views.
