IF there's one thing in life that I hope for, it's that I inherit the genes of my grandmother, who at almost 90 years old, could pass for 20 years younger.
It's hard to believe that Trish Parr was born in 1934, not only due to her lack of wrinkles but also because she loves Game of Thrones, and always looks trendy in the latest M&S jeans.
When I asked my nana what the secret to her youthful-looking complexion is, she revealed that she has only ever used one face cream, a £3.75 moisturiser from Avon, that she started applying daily back in 1965.
She added that she also has a glass of sherry every night, which she told Fabulous "may have something to do with it".
She loves wine and coffee and doesn't follow any special diet, enjoying a ham sandwich for her lunch, and chicken cooked in the air fryer for her dinner.
Trish, from Nottingham, loves to keep active, and can often be found in the back garden, pruning the hedges or planting flowers.

"I do all of my own gardening and all of my own cleaning", she said.
"I don't have anybody to help me with anything, except my daughter, who helps me with digital stuff".
She added: "When I was younger, I always went to aerobics and exercise classes, so that has probably helped".
The 89-year-old, who will celebrate her 90th in October this year, also tries to walk as much as she can, and takes a daily stroll to the local newsagent to buy her favourite paper.

To keep her brain active, she does a crossword every single day and also plays Four Pics One Word on her iPad.
Each morning, Trish walks to the local cafe in the village where she lives, to catch up with her group of friends.
She said that having a laugh with "the ladies" helps her to stay feeling youthful.
The mum-of-two also puts her youthful attitude to life down to her favourite TV shows.
Some of her favourites are Gilmore Girls, Outlander and Game of Thrones.
"They definitely keep me young", she said.
