But as many makeup wearers will know all too well, a lot of SPFs don't work great with all the creams and powders beauty lovers swear by.

Luckily, Boots shoppers have found the perfect solution and many have awarded it a perfect five star rating online.

The not only has a factor 50 prevention, but at just £7.99 it won't break the bank either.

The product description online notes that the formula provides UVA and UVB protection and is also water resistant, "fast absorbing and dries to an invisible finish."

You can wear the SPF with or without makeup thanks to it's "non greasy" formula too, meaning it's great for everyday wear.

Not only that, but the lotion also has "aloe vera and vitamin e to provide up to 72 hours of hydration."

So it's no surprise that Boots shoppers have been raving about the SPF online recently.

The product has a total of 486 reviews and a total score of 4.2 stars out of a possible five.

One person wrote: "It sinks right into the skin and leaves the skin feeling smooth and moisturised and looking radiant and does not feel sticky whatsoever."

"It's non irritating and doesn't make my eyes water when applying it around the eye area (I can't tell you how much of a struggle this has been to find a sunscreen that doesn't irritate the eyes).

These lipsticks cost less than £10 – but which is the best value for money?

They continued: "Honestly I don't think I Could ask for anything better!

"This fits well into my budget, does what it's suppose to do and can also be worn under makeup and creates a perfect base?! Excellent!"

Another shopper was just as pleased with their purchase, they said: "Great product always gives my skin a nice glow and I love it."

"It works perfect under makeup, I wear it most days, never breaks me out like other brands either," someone else wrote.

If you love Bondi Sands you can even save some more on Boots right now with their bundle offer.

Why you should incorporate SPF into your beauty regime

WE all know how important it is to wear sun cream when the skies are blue and there's a risk of sunburn.

But incorporating SPF into your everyday beauty regime is a must, rain or shine.

Ideally, you should apply the length of three fingers worth of sun screen to your face, neck and chest.

You also need to reapply around every two hours, so if you wear makeup a spray SPF might be ideal for you.

Dermatologist Anna Chien said: "So long as the sunscreen is at least SPF 30, water-resistant and broad-spectrum, it doesn’t matter in what order you apply your skin care products."

She added: "Makeup is not enough to protect your skin — even if it has a high SPF. You would need much more makeup than you typically use to reach the labelled SPF."
