Even better, you can find them online for less than a tenner.

Though this sounds too good to be true, one savvy shopper revealed where she’d found the iconic snack in a now-viral video.

Taking to TikTok, influencer showed a screengrab of the mozzarella sticks alongside countless other treats.

As she scrolled through the Original Foods website, the retailer even seemed to reference the fast food restaurant in the product description.

It read: “Mozzarella cheese sticks coated in crispy season breadcrumbs – an ideal starter, bar snack or for sharing platters or buffets. Best severed with tangy tomato dip.”

For those who still aren’t sold, eagle-eyed viewers also found halloumi fries and chilli cheese nuggets that looked nearly identical to the ones you’d find in McDonald’s.

Needless to say, the content creator was convinced and wrote in the caption:  “POV you found where McDonald’s Mozzarella sticks come from.”

Others were also impressed, with one joking: “I think I might have to order a food shop.”

Another tagged their friends, saying: “You guys need to know!”

Some TikTok users had found other takeaway classics on the site, with a third adding: “You can also get the jalapeño cheese bites here as well.”

Sadly, some weren’t convinced that they would taste like the real deal.

“i just know they still won’t taste the same as from Maccies,” argued a fifth, with a sixth pointedly writing: “What about the salsa that comes with the mozzarella dippers?”

While not everyone is sold, it hasn’t stopped the video from getting over 647,000 views on the app and counting.

If you are thinking of getting these tempting treats, it is worth noting that a 1kg bag of mozzarella sticks will set you back just £7.99.

Considering that a small bag of five mozzarella sticks costs between £2 - £4, this foodie buy is an absolute steal.

Plus, you can stock up on countless other items too, including curly fries, French fries and even potato wedges.

Starting from as little as £4, you can find 1kg bags of some of your favourite takeaway items which can be kept frozen and defrosted to make a side dish.

Alternatively, you could go all out and have a takeaway at home with your loved ones as a special treat.
