“The body needs proper nutrients to help with healthy eyebrow growth, so it's important to eat a diet that is rich in fish, nuts, seeds, and leafy vegetables,” he said.
“It can take 3-4 weeks for an eyebrow hair being plucked to regrow again.”
He said eyebrow transplants can be a solution for people who aren’t seeing their desired results with over-the-counter products.
