IF you’re looking for plants that won’t break the bank, you’ve come to the right place.
The best garden centre in Essex has been named by readers as in Battlesbridge and it’s been hailed as ‘Primark of the plant world’.
So if you’re on a budget but want to ensure that your garden looks fabulous this summer, you’ll need to check this out.
A found that the garden centre on Beeches Road came out on top.
Plant Perfections is a family run centre, owned by Paul Tindal, 47, and his wife Tracy, 45.
Their 27-year-old son Jack is also involved in the family business too.

Boss Paul was thrilled that Plant Perfections took the winning spot as the best garden centre in Essex.
He said it felt "absolutely brilliant" to be recognised by his customers and added that it was a "huge honour".
He told EssexLive that he was surprised to be nominated, as he shared: "I was quite shocked as there are some big boys in it too. If my customers are happy then you have got a good business."
The gardening guru stressed the centre's "reasonable" prices and shared how customer's can get additional discounts.

He added: "We work very hard to make it as good for the customers as possible.
“We try to be reasonable with our prices and have a members club and if you join that you get extra discounts too. I'm the Primark of the plant world."
Not only did Paul and Tracy run a garden centre in Upminster for more than a decade, they also then built and opened the site in Battlesbridge too.
When asked what's different about their centre in south Essex compared to others in the county, Paul stressed that there's no focus on posh coffee shops.

He confirmed: "We are a proper garden centre - we sell plants. I do not do coffee shops. We do not have one of those. We are 100 per cent plant based.”
He explained that he and his wife are always on the shop floor and are keen to give any advice needed to customers.

He shared that he likes to “keep it real” with shoppers and treats everybody “exactly the same”, regardless of whether a customer pulls up in a Bentley or a bike.
As well as this, the business owner explained that he and his wife want to “have a laugh” with customers.
