A WOMAN has shared a hair growth tip that has transformed her mane.
You could spend a fortune on hair growth treatments, but this won't cost you a dime.
She's been using her tried-and-tested formula since she was 14.
As far as she is concerned, she is in no hurry to change her hair care routine because it works for her.
Her locks are noticeably longer, and she was happy to pass her secret along.
She was responding to a desperate plea for help on Reddit.
"Is there anything proven to help hair grow?" a user asked in the .
She admitted she had tried everything - supplements, vitamins, masks, treatments - but with little success.
Her hair was in such a bad state, she decided the best option was to take drastic action.
"My hair was severely damaged so I had to cut a good bit off recently," she said.

"I'm really missing that length and want any advice on what can help hair growth," she said.
