OLIVIA Attwood recently left jaws wide open after sharing her “genius” hack for making make-up stay on all day in the heat.
And with the sun finally making an appearance, it seems as though more and more people may be looking to give the simple trick a try.
But before you do, a beauty pro has shared the potential side effects that you should be aware of.
The 32-year-old Love Island star, who last year tied the knot to her footballer partner Bradley Dack, claimed to use a popular product in her make-up routine.
Olivia explained that she uses antiperspirant to stop sweat leaking through her pores and breaking up her make-up products.
In a clip that has now garnered over 205,000 views, the TV personality said: "No gatekeeping here, I like to use a stick deodorant, not a roll on one, I think the waxy ones are better.

“We need one that's separate for the make-up bag - we're not going armpit to face, we're not animals."
She then continued: "My face is clean, I've got nothing on, no skincare, this is really important.
“You're basically going to go over the areas that you sweat... forehead, wherever you think you sweat, and then you just carry on your routine as usual."
After applying her make-up, she then used a setting spray to fix everything in place.
Following this, the Loose Women star then went back in with the deodorant, as she patted it into the skin again, before setting with pressed powder.
To complete the look, she used one final spritz of setting spray.
The blonde beauty concluded that the purpose of the deodorant is to help the make-up stay on in the heat, but is this really a good hack?
"LET'S NOT"
Social media users were left baffled by the hack and many questioned Olivia’s decision to put deodorant on her face.
But Kimberley appeared concerned by the trick, as she claimed that it can cause clogged pores and acne.

Kimberley explained: "There are some downfalls to this sweat-proof hack such as gathering bacteria from your face.
“Using this back and forth, it may cause skin irritation particularly for sensitive skin types, and it can result in blocked pores - meaning more blemishes to the skin and could lead to acne.”
Kimberley then shared her advice for those battling sweat, as she advised: “If you're suffering from sweatier skin in the summer/warmer weather, make sure before you do your skincare and if wearing any make-up, you first ensure your skin is as cool as possible.
“This not only helps with general inflammation, but the products will sit better on the skin, avoiding pilling.

“After washing your face in the morning, ensure to use cold water to lock in the skin's barrier and to calm and cool the skin's surface.
“It's an important step to help avoid summer breakouts and will help to control sweating.
“A thermal spring water mist such as Avene Thermal Spring Water Spray for Sensitive Skin is also a great product to keep on the go and top-up as needed throughout the day to counteract warm, sweaty skin.”
With regards to Olivia using deodorant on her face, Kimberley added: “It's important to use products as they're intended, as generally this avoids any possible flare-ups or long-term skin issues.
Who is Olivia Attwood?
Olivia shot to fame as a contestant on the reality ITV2 romance show Love Island.
Like most contestants who have featured on the show, she's no stranger to modelling.
Before Love Island she competed in pageants, including a "Tropic Beauty" contest, representing London, and was also once a Motorsport Grid Girl.
Olivia is originally from Surrey and has since starred in multiple TV shows after finding fame.
