What are the thrills of being unfaithful? Here’s how you can use them to spice up YOUR relationship

From coded language to plenty of quickies, here are six lessons you can use from affair-sex in your own relationship

THE thrill of an illicit affair is a turn-on for many people who have partners.

But is there a way to apply to thrills to your own relationship while remaining completely faithful?

Here are six lessons you can use from affair-sex to spice things up:

Affair-sex tip one: Coded language

Because love-cheats don’t want to get caught (obviously) they develop coded language.

They use it when their lover calls them like at work and colleagues are around.
Or when messaging, like that you “need to buy some vegetables”.

And this means you want to get your hands on his meat and two veg!

Cheats reported using code gave their trysts more thrills.

So have fun with your partner and develop your own code. With a wink you can say around friends, “I forgot my house keys,” meaning you’re not wearing any knickers (see the next tip).

Affair-sex tip two: Quickies

When you don’t have much time together - like the unfaithful - you often rely on quickies to satisfy your needs.

So be ready for a quickie as a couple! Out for the evening? Oops, she forgot her knickers.

Of course that gives easy-access for foreplay - and more - after a couple drinks at the pub.

Affair-sex tip three: Raunchy

As per Apple Tree Yard, cheaters report having raunchier sex than with partners.

I think two things are at play – they’re already pushing boundaries by having an affair.

Plus they don’t chat about all mundane things of life a couple has to.

Learn from this! When next having sex – probably in your tried and trusted position as a couple – it doesn’t stop you touching and feeling your partner’s body… everywhere.

Sexplore every nook and cranny with lubricant and a sex toy.

Plus ‘ring fence’ talk about the bills and the baby crying all day, when you might have time for a frolic.

Affair-sex tip four: Try a Little tenderness

You might think it’s all raunchy sex and quickies, but evidently love-cheats often shower a little tenderness on each other.

After sex they give compliments, are affectionate and caring.

Never underestimate the power of tenderness to heighten your bond as a couple… meaning you might just want to do things to heighten each other’s desire too.

Affair-sex tip five: Sexy treats

Cheaters report that because they have so much fun, they show more appreciation to their fellow cheat.

That includes buying them sexy treats like naughty knickers-sets and daring sex toys.

Go on, surprise your other half out of the blue with a rather ‘blue’ gift.

Let them know you can’t wait to try it out.

Tell your partner what you really want

Affair-sex tip six: Saying what they really want

Because cheaters often complain about their partners being boring - or even bad - in bed, it means they feel free to tell their lover exactly what they want.

Couples are too often worried about telling each other what actually feels good. This means they put up with lots of bad sex.

Time to change, next time you’re snuggling, whisper in dirty detail exactly what you want your partner to do to you.
