TYSON Fury’s energy drink has been slashed down to just £1 for a four pack - but shoppers aren’t happy.

One savvy shopper spotted the 6ft 9in heavyweight champion’s ‘Furocity’ range, which launched in early 2022 in what was, at the time, an exclusive deal with Iceland, has now been reduced.

Tyson's 500ml hard-hitting range of drinks come with as much caffeine as two cups of coffee.

There’s four flavours to choose from - Sour cherry knockout, Sour apple punch, Black and blue rasberry and Original. 

A bargain hunter took to social media to alert other shoppers to the discounted price of the energy drinks, as she spotted the bargain buys in Heron Foods.

Posting on , a private Facebook page with a whopping 266,800 members, Samantha Goodship shared a picture of her finds - with two out of the four flavours on offer.

Alongside the post, Samantha penned: “Tyson Fury four pack of Energy Drinks for ONLY £1 in Heron Foods!”

Samantha spotted that the Sour cherry knockout, which comes in a red can, and the Black and blue raspberry flavoured drinks, which are in a blue can, had been slashed in price.

With each individual can now working out at just 25p, the Heron Foods fan then asked users: “Who’s stocking up…”

But social media users weren’t keen to nab the bargain buys - as many slammed that they ‘taste awful’. 

Some even claimed that it caused heartburn and so weren’t surprised at the 25p a can price tag.

Sharing their honest reviews in the comments, one person said: “Tastes awful…”

Another added: “They’re nasty.”

A third commented: “There's a reason it's only 25p a can......”

Meanwhile, someone else claimed: “Gave my son chronic heartburn, he told me not to buy again.”

Who is Tyson Fury?

Tyson Fury is one of the most prominent boxers in the world.

The ‘Gypsy King’ is a two-time heavyweight world champion and has told of how he battled back from depression to win the world title.

Fury is married to Paris Fury and the pair have seven children.

Fury defeated Dillian Whyte in front of a record 94,000 spectators at Wembley Stadium on April 23, 2022 and then beat Derek Chisora in December 2022.

The family have a Netflix show - At Home With The Furys.

Whilst another Facebook user questioned: “Stocking up for what exactly? Ridicule?” 

Not only does Tyson have a range of energy drinks, but the father-of-seven also launched ice sticks in the same flavour, as well as chewing gum.
