Mrs Hinch fans rave over £1.50 cleaning spray that makes stubborn mould ‘vanish like magic’… and keeps it away

FANS of the cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch are praising a budget-friendly product that tackles mould - and it's under £2.

Although the weather is finally getting warmer, millions of us still struggle with excessive damp and mould - and according to research by Homebrite, a whopping 58 per cent of privately rented households in the UK experience this problem.

Not only can mould devalue your property, it can also trigger a number of health issues, for example, sneezing, a runny nose, red eyes and skin rash, to name a few.

But whilst social media is bursting with different tips and tricks, such as using bleach and white vinegar, sometimes it's best to stick to special cleaning products formulated to banish the fungi.

Luckily, there's also no need to fork out a fortune, as fans of the cleanfluencer Mrs Hinch have found an amazing spray that makes stubborn mould ''vanish like magic'' - and it's only £1.50.

Taking to on Facebook, one member explained how her family were experiencing mould in the bathroom of their rented property.

However, after using , which you can purchase from most supermarkets, including ASDA and Sainsbury's, the cleaning fanatic was stunned to see the dark spots had ''vanished like magic'' the next morning.

According to , she'd also then applied some of the £1.50 solution onto the walls upstairs - and before she'd even managed to finish the process, some of the mould had already began to disappear.

''This is without even wiping it... This stuff is amazing!'' the cleaning super fan couldn't stop raving about the bargain buy.

Advising others to not sleep on the spray, the Facebook user said: ''So anyone who suffers with mould or build up... don't waste ya money, get ya self a bottle.''

The product description online reads: "Our Mould & Mildew Blaster removes tough stains without the need for scrubbing, whilst regular use helps prevent return.

"In other words that's less time cleaning, which sounds good to us."

When attempting to tackle mould, it's also essential to wear rubber gloves and a mask covering your nose and mouth, experts have advised.

How to get rid of mould

There are also other ways to get rid of stubborn mould, such as using hydrogen peroxide.

Simply pour three per cent strength hydrogen peroxide into a bottle and spray it on the affected area.

Let it work its magic for ten minutes, or until it stops bubbling, and using a cloth scrub it away.

Wipe the surface dry with a clean cloth, an repeat if necessary.

Baking soda

Begin by dissolving baking soda in water, and spray it on the mould.

Apply the mixture and scrub with a brush.

Once done, wipe away the excess with a clean, damp cloth,then leave it to dry.
