The 43-year-old had her first child, a son named Phoenix, via surrogate in January 2023.
She welcomed daughter London in November that same year.
Paris shares both children with her husband, entrepreneur Carter Reum, after the pair tied the knot in a lavish Los Angeles ceremony in 2021.
The socialite-turned-businesswoman first attracted tabloid attention in the late 1990s when she became a fixture in New York City’s social scene and was declared "New York's leading It Girl" in 2001.

At Paris’ 43rd birthday party in March, Phoenix wore £390 Burberry overalls in the British fashion house’s iconic check print.
He wore a blue Moschino tracksuit worth £155 on the family’s recent skiing holiday, paired with a £280 Burberry zip-up hoodie on the private jet home.
At his first birthday party in January, Phoenix has multiple outfits.
Among his ensembles was a £180 Fendi polo shirt and £170 cotton Burberry T-shirt, both paired with a pair of grey chinos and white velcro Vans trainers.
PAINTING THE TOWN RED
According to Paris, her tot caught "clubitis" following a disco night - a disease she joked is “hereditary”.
At her recent birthday bash, little Phoenix was papped dancing, smiling and entertaining guests with his adorable dance moves.

His parents chanted "Teeny P" over him dancing to Luther Vandross' Never Too Much, proudly gushing that his Burberry-clad look the "cutest thing in the world".
"Clubitis is definitely hereditary", Paris said in another clip, as she filmed herself with her dancing son.
However, she was quick to inform fans that the videos were taken at 7pm and the tot was in bed shortly after.

The party was “under the sea themed” and complete with a petting zoo, 10ft tall balloon arches, a ball pit and a bouncy castle.

On her entrance to the world, little London was gifted a personalised baby grow, designer sunnies and a plush hand-knitted teddy bear.
TRAVEL IN STYLE
Baby London might just be four months old, but she’s been on a private jet more times than we’ll ever go on one in our life.
The family-of-four have jetted off to a secret cabin for Christmas, been on a skiing holiday, sunbathed in Mexico, spent Easter in the Caribbean and explored New York all since her birth in November last year.

Paris’ favourite of the trips was her skiing birthday holiday, with Phoenix and London getting their first taste of sub-zero temperatures.
