That includes one woman who nabbed a £30 gown from Shein for her autumn nuptials.

The bride, who chose to remain anonymous, picked up the fast fashion giant's Off Shoulder Mermaid Hem Wedding Dress.

She described her special gown as “very beautiful”, adding that “it looks very expensive and chic” and that “the material is very high quality”.

Originally costing £42.40, it is currently slashed to £34.84 in Shein’s Wedding Season Hot Sale.

Other buyers report picking it up for as cheap as £26 after using coupons and discount codes.

According to the Shein website, it is the fourth best seller in its wedding dress category.

It is available in sizes 6 to 26 and is made from 95% polyester and 5% elastane, giving the material a slight stretch.

It’s not just the autumn bride that purchased the dress and loved it - other newlyweds have raved about it in Shein’s review section.

One woman, who purchased it in a size Large (which equals 12 to 14 on the size guide), said it is “so beautiful in person”.

“It honestly looks a lot more expensive than you’d expect,” she penned.

“I got it with coupons for £26 so it’s definitely worth the money.

“It’s just a bit see through but nothing a good under-skirt can’t sort.”

She added that the gown even has “built-in bra pads”.

Another buyer, who nabbed a size XL, beamed that it “brings out her curves”.

A third said the "felt like a million dollars"; in the ensemble.

According to Hitched, the average UK wedding comes to £18,400.
