A MUM has kicked her husband out of the house for eating his children's Easter eggs after feeling peckish following a night out at the pub.
The children's mum added that he had done the same thing with their Christmas chocolate.
Taking to Mumsnet, the mum shared that her husband had gone out on Saturday night, and had stumbled home at 1am.
When the mum woke up at 6am to set up the kids' Easter egg hunt, she was met with a nasty surprise.
She said: " I found a huge heap of cardboard and tin foil beside the sofa.
"All four Easter eggs- two each for the kids- were demolished, along with brown smears all over our new beige sofa.

"I was livid".
The mum revealed that this is not the first time something like this has happened, and that one night her seven year old daughter had had her Christmas chocolate scoffed by her dad.
The mum said that unfortunately, she was unable to get the kids any more chocolate before they woke up.
She said: "My kids came downstairs so excited this morning but their faces absolutely dropped as I told them what happened.

"My husband was hungover and dead asleep in bed until midday, when he got up I explained to him how upset he's made the kids.
"He didn't even bat an eyelid before he went to make his coffee."
The furious mum revealed that she had asked her husband to stay at his mum's for a few days, or until he replaced the chocolate - but said that he had so far refused to do so.
Mumsnet users flooded the comments section of the post, sharing their outrage at the dad's behaviour.
One person said: "That’s awful. I would never do anything so nasty, even if I was really drunk."
Another person said: "Seriously greedy and thoughtless of him."
A third added: "That’s evil! How could stolen chocolate from kids not taste like ashes in his mouth, drunk or not.
