Yes, that's right - not only can parents now find a fun way to get FREE chocolate eggs at Tesco but also treat their little ones to a complimentary Subway meal.

According to one cash-savvy foodie, the high street eatery is now offering a helping hand to Brits during the holidays - and here's how your child can get their hands on their delicious signature subs.

The anonymous social media user, who'd taken to the popular to share the news, had taken a screenshot of Subway's website where they'd explained the terms and conditions on the special deal.

The iconic fast food chain - which recently made a shake-up with their rewards scheme - will be giving children their Subway's Kids' Meal for free when you buy any footlong sub.

The bargain offer includes a four-inch mini sub of ham, cheese, tuna, or Veggie Delite, and kids will also receive a drink.

The meal comes with a Fruit Shoot or a bottle of water, as well as Bear Fruit Yoyo - and even a ''fun Salad Squad'' activity, which is sure to keep the tots entertained for a while.

However, it's also worth noting that there's a catch, as only 25 stores across the nation are participating in this - so, to avoid any disappointment, head to the Subway app, click on Offers and find out if your local branch is part of the deal.

The offer ends on April, 14th, .

The person wrote in the caption: ''Not sure if child needs to be present but may help someone this half term.''

Someone who'd already treated their little relatives to the free deal said: ''We did this for lunch the other day with my niece, great value and she really enjoyed it.''

If you're heading to Subway this Bank Holiday weekend, be warned that one of their iconic sauces has been discontinued, leaving fans fuming.

The fast food chain's sweet chilli sauce was a popular addition to its famous subs until January this year - but has lately been ditches to make way for new condiments.

Unfortunately for Subway, the change has not gone too well with fans, with many taking to social media to demand its return.

One said on X: "Subway removing sweet chilli sauce has absolutely ruined my whole day."

Another enquired to Subway: "Can I ask why you've stopped doing sweet chilli sauce?

"It's my absolute favourite sauce, you've done it for years, no other sauce compares to it, I was really looking forward to having that on my salad bowl today, gutted. It makes no sense?"
