More than just keeping up to date with a proper skincare routine, she explained that a nutrient-rich diet was also crucial.

She started eating two foods that turned back time as she aged.

"Naringenin blocks the enzyme that breaks down the hyaluronic acid in the body," Valerie added.

To plump the skin from the inside out, Valerie also intentionally ate foods with high concentrations of hyaluronic acid.
