THE thought of going on Naked Attraction to bare all in hope of a date is enough to make most of us wince.
With a peak live audience of 1.7 million, that’s a lot of people to see you full frontal.

But one woman has shared that going on national TV in the buff gave her a new lease of confidence.
“It was a wild time in my life,” the anonymous contestant, nicknamed Miss Xtx, revealed on Reddit.
“I will never forget it though as it’s made me the confident person I am today and I really needed that… before anyone comes at me.”
She added that she even hosted a “watch party the night it aired” with her friends.

But not everyone was sold on the idea.
“I don't get this level of ‘not giving a s**t’,” one person replied.
“In no conceivable universe could I invite 30 people, including direct family, to come over to my place to see me naked.
“I mean, it's good to be comfortable, but yeah… no.”

The Channel 4 dating show's format involves a contestant (the picker) being presented with six potential suitors who are all standing in colour-coded booths.

Mum-of-two Gemma picked James from the line-up of unclothed men.
A year later they were already talking wedding bells and of their future together.
Speaking about how well James fitted in her life with her two kids, Gemma previously said: “They get on like a house on fire and my family find the way we met hilarious.
