A WOMAN who owns 32 dolls has revealed that she gets death threats from haters who disapprove of her unusual hobby, but isn't bothered and even takes the dolls to Disneyland with her.
Kierstan Haley, said that she sees her reborn dolls as her friends and said her boyfriend doesn't mind her strange obsession.
Reborn dolls are hyper-realistic and are made to look as close to human babies as possible.
They can costs hundreds of pounds, and some people use them to help get over the grief of a miscarriage or still born baby.
For Kierstan, 29, her obsession with dolls started from a very young age, and she has always used them as a way of combatting loneliness.
Discussing how the dolls she had when she was a child made her feel, Kirsten told Closer: "They were more than dolls, they were more like best friends and siblings rolled into one".

When Kierstan, who is from California USA, was 17, she joined the military and sold all of her dolls, which she described as "heart-breaking".
However, she ended up missing them so much, that she started to build up a collection of dolls again.
Kierstan began posting about her dolls on social media, and slowly grew a large online following.
Her Youtube channel , now has over 90,000 subscribers and is growing every day.

In 2017, Kierstan started dating Ethan, who she said has been very supportive of her hobby.
She said: "I showed him my dolls and my YouTube channel. and he was impressed that one of my videos had a million views.
"I worried he might be put off but he accepted my hobby".
Kierstan and Ethan now go on day trips with the five male and 27 female dolls, and even took them to Disneyland.
She said: "Ethan, the dolls and I have had so many adventures and made some fantastic memories together.
"We went to Disneyland together in 2019 and I had to laugh when staff tried to charge us for a child's meal in the restaurant.
She continued: "Luckily no one batted an eyelid though when she [one of the dolls] went on the rides with us.
When Kierstan and Ethan tied the knot in 2019, the 32 dolls were in attendance, and Kierstan said that all the bridesmaids loved getting dressed alongside the dolls.
She said that she has spent over £10,000 on the dolls, who have their own nursery, and has no plans to stop.

However, Kierstan said that she has been subject to abuse online over her hobby.
She said that people have called her "creepy", sent her death threats, and have even blamed her for a baby formula shortage, after she posted a video of of her pretending to feed her dolls with some.
Kierstan and Ethan are not sure if they will ever have real children, but said that there will always be room for more reborns.
